1. Definitions

"Service" refers to the TF Hostel website, booking platform, and all related services provided by TF Properties Ltd. "User" means any individual or entity using the Service. "Booking" means a reservation for accommodation at TF Hostel. "Residency Agreement" means the rules and policies governing conduct and use of the hostel, as referenced on our website.

2. Eligibility

By using our Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are registering on behalf of a group or organization, you warrant that you have authority to do so.

3. Account Registration

When you create an account or make a booking, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

4. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only secured upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You agree to pay all charges associated with your booking, including any applicable taxes or fees.

5. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out time is by 12:00 PM on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges. Failure to check out by the designated time may result in additional fees.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to the contact address provided below. Refunds, if any, will be processed according to our refund policy, which is available on request or on our website. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data.

8. House Rules and Residency Agreement

All guests and group members must comply with the Residency Agreement and house rules, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. Breach of these rules may result in fines, eviction, or other penalties.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior while using the Service or staying at TF Hostel. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: subletting rooms, bringing prohibited items (e.g., illegal drugs, weapons), harassment, vandalism, and any activity that endangers the safety or comfort of others.

10. Damage and Liability for Property

You are responsible for any damage caused to hostel property by you or your guests. We reserve the right to charge your account or deduct from your deposit the cost of repairs or replacements. You must report any damage or loss to hostel management immediately.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, civil unrest, or technical failures.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TF Properties Ltd. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or stay at TF Hostel.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
